Howsit gents/ladies,

I am organizing a group ride before it gets too cold for some of you to come out. Any bike and skill level welcome.

Please DM me your number, and I will add you to a whatsapp group if you would like. I am still going to update this thread with all the arrangements as we make them.

I am thinking about meeting up in Centurion, and doing a loop through Harties, over the bridge and dam wall. We can grab something to eat somewhere around there. We can go through Kromdraai as well. Many opportunities for photos and some beautiful scenery. I'll leave the route in the capable hands of oom @Wacko_ZA.

Unfortunately there is only one oke atm. The rest have either emigrated or stopped riding for various reasons.

Do any of you guys follow Bonifide? they have rad events! we do Taco Tuesday's, getting into the Sunrise scramble soon and do the annual Sabie Bubble Run. Joe the organizer is an absolute legend of a guy.

On the 2nd Tuesdays of the month we’ll meet at the Munro Drive lookout point in Houghton from 6-7pm. This spot has a big parking area where the bikes can line up with beautiful views of Johannesburg. Depending on the time of the year, we can often times get to watch the sunset from here.

@PandaAttack1 great initiative. Thank you. I'll be sending you a PM with my number. I'm a whatsapp group whore...

Snag: My baby #2 (she still doesn't have a name) is due 29 April and doc has instructed us to isolate from...today. I did an 800km ride to Magoebaskloof and back last weekend as one last big ride but my bike's going to be on a battery tender for a few weeks now...sad panda.

In future what I'd like to do is act as a second leader on these rides for the dual sport/off-road type guys. The Harties area offers great riding but it gets so much better when you get to play in some dirt along the way. We could split up and re-join at strategic points.

We are meeting at the Total just off the N1 in Centurion (Total Centurion Gate) at 07:00. We plan to leave at 07:30 sharp.

@Wacko_ZA planned a nice route to end at Black Horse Brewery in Magaliesburg. We can have breakfast/lunch/coffee there.

Those that still want to play afterwards can join us for some more KMs or head their separate ways.
