G2A , grrrrrrr........

Purchased the game Plague Inc for my son via G2A in March this year. He played it for a few minutes and then never played it again till today. When he tried to play it, the steam button changed to "purchase". Logged into G2A and retrieved the key they have sent to me, and tried to activate it again.

Steam is now telling me this key is linked to a different account.

The only logical explanation is that the key was stolen and sold on G2A ? Not sure if I should even bother and try and sort out this mess.

Happened to me a few times. Also a Sims 3 expansion i bought for my sis. Now strictly use cdkeys.com never had any issues.

Yeah....will stick to CDKEYS and Greenman Gaming from now on. Luckily haven't used G2A that much.

Well on a side note , Did you buy the CD key protection on checkout with G2A ?

I had the same issue once and then used the CD key protection and I got a new key ?

ALSO check on the G2A account they got a weird thing that auto adds on checkout where you automatically get a G2A pass that charges you a bill every month.

Yes, yes..........already stopped this bad practice some time ago.
