G.Skill Trident RGB ram with Gigabyte RGB Fusion?

Anyone using this combo?

Trident ram is so much cheaper than Vengeance but if I have to install another f*#%ing piece of software just to control my ram RGB then the Corsair option might be worth it.

I've googled like crazy but I'm getting conflicting info.

Well... I'm in the same boat with corsair vengeance pro's
No sync at all with fusion

Also google has no answers

Yes you can control Trident RAM with RGB fusion, i have Trident Neo RAM in my x570 Elite and i control it using RGB Fusion

Waat? I can't remember where but I read that Vengeance is compatible, Trident not so much.
