received mines today...

however the offer was up until 15th July 23:59 PST (which if google is to be trusted, translates to 08:59 on 16th July in our part of the world). you have to register for it...as it was supposed to be part of the Ubisoft Forward event for those watching the stream, they had technical difficulties and could not resolve it in time...so it became a free for all.
