Forza Horizon 4

I got disconnected non stop last night. And 2 game crashes.

It disconnects me from Horizon life after almost every event i do. Its annoying.

My Forzathon for the Winter Season was broken. My Skill Point counter didn't move at all, no matter what I did. I used my Range Rover, as well as my F150 and the Dodge Power Wagon...still stayed at 0. It also did not pick up my Wrecking Ball skills, even though I got like 15 of them. It kept on saying 0/1. And lastly, it did not register any events that I did. That counter also stayed at 0/3.

This was kind off frustrating but I still enjoy cruising around in my 720S or my crazy, wide-bodied, twin turbo 900kW Huracan. The game is endless fun. I'm only level 60-something now and money comes in much slower than I spend it. But nonetheless, I enjoy every minute of it.

This spring Co-op championship was an absolute traction nightmare. Low-slung S1s sending 100s of horses into mud churning no matter how I try to drive or what assists I use. And for some reason half my S1s weren't eligible...
I was litterally just going nowhere.

And I wish I could figure out why AI cars hill-climb so much faster than me, I beat all the other races in the season championships but that one with the hill jump was just impossible, they'd take that jump about 20kmh faster than me even if my traction was fine.

Yeah what's up with modern muscle S1 on mud. Sometimes I think the devs come up with these challenges 3 minutes before the season starts. It's a shame,

I'm actually bored of the game at the moment, doesn't seem as fun as FH3 was.

I struggled with that one as well...I eventually just gave up. My Winter Forzathon was completely broken. Half of the challenges I completed where not recognized by the game. The Spring one was a lot better. I did manage to complete the weekly stuff and most of the daily challenges as well. I wanted to jam a couple rounds last night but I noticed the the 2.92GB update and with my shitty download speed sitting at 2Mb/s, I gave up and went to bed.

Apparently the new update was supposed to fix all these Forzathon issues...will have to wait and see.

Sigh. I'm gonna miss Summer, I was enjoying the grip.

What a ridiculous co-op challenge though. And people keep bringing their S2s and X's and then quitting immediately when they realise those classes have no business doing this challenge but the damage is done and I'm up against tons of S1s and S2s in my A. I really hope the next co-op event is better, I want to get all the events done for once damnit.

All I know the patch update I did yesterday fixed my ffb issues.

I jammed a bit last night as well. It seems my Forzathons are fixed after the latest patch. I missed the first two unfortunately. But Autumn's one I completed in a jiffy. I'm really liking the Ford Capri. Kept mine fairly stock, just lowered it and added some cosmetic mods...sounds lovely and drives like a champ.

I S2'd mine so I could star speed zones....buuut I'm finding I've done most of them.
Honestly you should be getting assumed stars for ones which you've already golded.
Maybe in Horizon 5, it seems like each time they remember to do something better.

Whilst's we are at it I would like DLC cars to be delivered directly to me. So cumbersome to have to "buy" them which takes you out of the purchases menu and to the pretty car which you then have to drive 15m so you can activate your house again so you can get back to purchasing whatever you came to actually purchase.
And the Forzathon Car should have some sort of special icon in the store.

Its weird, sometimes it doesn't go right. Like I got the McLaren 720 for pre-ordering, I redeemed the code against my MS account, nothing shows in game, 2 weeks later I get it as a DLC list in download manager, still nothing in-game. Bugs, FH always has bugs.

I've googled a bit. Apparently you better have some Forza points saved up cuz you're expected to buy him, and not as a normal car with CR.

Will check this evening whether he's there.

Ok this game realy, and I mean REALLY, AND I MEAN REALLY REALLY needs to stop forgetting my graphics settings. I get after a major patch performance might need to be re-evaluated, maybe even each season, but every other day the game goes "Ya know what, I reckon you should be using the Ultra preset". Stop it. You're too young to have Alzheimers.

Ok gents so I want to buy this but the download is a big problem (10mb adsl big). Possible to pause and resume download without any issues? I schedule my downloads for 12am and dont leave the pc on in case of lightning

I was also on 10mb line as well

Took a day and a half for mine to download .

I paused a few times in-between cause was Interfearing with streaming.

But eventually came right.

I am really enjoying it on a wheel though.

Found this game to be absolutely amazing to play online, Rank adventure has a small 5 min wait after the update which is much much better.
