I checked just now, the standard edition is listed on cdkeys.com for $63.39 (R867.98 according to Google) and its advertised on the Windows Store for $59.99 (R821.42). I think I might get the standard edition and then just buy the All-Stars Car Pack later...

Unfortunately this is impossible. The game files are encrypted on the fly while downloading.
Once you try and copy the game files, the encryption gets removed from the copies files and the game can't run.
For now it doesn't look like there is a way to copy the files with the encryption intact.

Finally managed to upgrade to a 10mb line so maybe I can download it now. Can the download be paused and resumed whenever? My anytime cap has like 30gb left so I'll have to do it after 12am only

It can be paused and resumed. It's a 49GB download so brace yourself.

Running great for me. I get some of those freezes that last a few miliseconds now and then. It doesn't happen often enough to ruin the game for me.
FPS wise I get 65 - 95 FPS. Here's some screenshots of the settings. World car detail is set to ultra. No use taking an extra screenshot for one setting.

Running the game off a 5900 RPM HDD
GTX 1080 Founders Edition (Not OC'd)
i7-6700 non-K with turbo boost enabled
16GB DDR4 2400MHZ Kingston HyperX Predator RAM

Getting between 60-70fps ultra settings

Sli had a strange flicker on the right side of my monitor... No sli and it aint there

Played at my friend's house on the Xbox One. Awesome game! Really not that bad graphics on Xbone (should be insane on PC at a higher resolution). Cars sounds are good, as well as customization.

EDIT: Forgot to mention the brilliant scenery and landscapes. AI traffic is also improved, which is nice with trucks added.

Let us know if your new 'account' stops working, lots of reviews saying the game can't be reinstalled because the accounts are from a different region (mostly Asia).

Changed the account immediately to my info, email etc ... Also was on a chat with Microsoft for two hours and they verified the purchase of the game

Game runs beautifully and been playing it non stop this weekend... but it is also plagued with some annoying issues

- 21:9 vertical visual artifact on right end of the screen
- random cut scene freezes when starting a race
- slow ui navigation of mag wheel options

None of that on my side. Just some mini freezes that last a few miliseconds here and there while driving. Other than that there's no issues for me.

Perhaps it's SLI issues. A Single GTX 1080 is more than sufficient even at 3440 x 1440 it stays above 60FPS. Refer to graphic settings in my screenshots.

But anyways, I was assuming the download was 49gb, but now that its hit that part its just carrying on downloading and increasing the total? It doesn't download much more. Mine downloaded like 49.12GB and it was done.
