I'm attempting to reset a password on my newly created and approved account. I've tried a few times in the evening in the past, but the forgot password email arrives an hour or 2 later only. When then attempting to make use of the link provided (which happens some time after its arrival, since I have other obligations), the link leads to the carbonite main page but with an error indicating that "something went wrong" and "to try again".
I understand that this is probably due to a reset token expiring of sorts, and additionally, I appreciate that email delivery is sometimes unreliable. But is it possible then to reset a password via some other means? Or perhaps increase the duration of the token's expiry limitations temporarily, so that email delivery delays can be accounted for?
