Hi guys
I purchased the new Fiesta Mk8 Titanium earlier this year (May 2018) and realised that the inclusive auto stop / start feature didn't work.
I took the car in at the Ford Menlyn service centre and they returned the vehicle with the conclusion "we don't know what is wrong". I went back 2 more times and they continued to tell me that Ford head office didn't have a solution.
I paid for this feature, and it is not working. It is false advertising and immoral.
Does anyone else have this problem?
What can I do about this problem?
