Fixed LTE providers

Ok so im gatvol of Telkom now eventually after having no issues for the past 2years+ with my LTE the speed and consistency have been dropping the past 5-8 months.
Like for e.g I tried playing some games online last night and kept losing connection this is now the 3rd day in a row while in game im fine 2mins later im Jammy Mc Jammersin and hopping around like a hacker. My contract is expiring soon and im looking for a new provider.
No fibre in my area so it isnt an option and keep asking but crickets...

Soo I'm currently looking by Afrihost @ the Fixed MTN LTE 300GB (150GB+150GB) package @ R799 but it seems router isnt part of the price but it goes up R50 per month when switching between sim & sim+device.. or am i confused???
Either way maybe there is something else someone can suggest? provide links so i can check coverage too please and dankie.

Also currently have this Huawei 4G Router 3 Pro but Fixed MTN doesn't like it apparently.

Suggestions?
Edit: Forgot to mention i use about 120gb+ per month and my price range is R700-R900 if that helps
