Oh my word, I am in love with this series.

It's witty, well thought out and the animation is fantastic.

Is anyone else a fan of it?

Dude it's awesome, they release weekly snippets of scene creation for S3 they are busy developing and to say I am KEEN is an understatement:love:

Big fan, looking forward to season 3. Story, humour, animation are all great.

What I really love about the show is that it doesn't need shock value to draw us in. It creates great dialogue, character moments, actual development, and fantastic dynamics. There isn't a single reaction to a situation, people have actual motivations, and there's weight to losing. It's not amazing animation, but it's all well packaged. Great show for everyone.

I really liked S1 and ended up watching it in one sitting.
Animation has always been my weakness but S1 was very good

Will start S2 asap

Season 1: Epic

Season 2: less so. Borderline meh

Season 3: Hopefully a return to form.
I enjoyed all of the seasons so far. I think I just found the animation in season 2 better than 1.

I don't know what it is about the series but I just love it so much. Moon Cake is adorable and awesome in the same breath, the running cookies gag, Kevin is annoying as all hell but definitely realistic.

I cant quite put my finger on all of it. But the 2nd season felt out of rhythm or tone compared with season 1: the jokes didn't land nearly as well or were not well thought out (the pissing on each other gag-the fuck even). The characters didn't elicit as much from me and the new characters didn't grab me or feel necessary, just shoe-horned in because reasons?. It's like like the season was slowed down intentionally or they had different writers, and only the last couple of episodes felt more like "final space" as it was in Season 1, but even then, just felt off. I still enjoyed it, but in my books, was a far far weaker season overall. Put it this way:if season 1 was made in the tone and feel of season 2, I'd probably not have watched beyond season 1. To me, they have to return to the formula that season 1 had for season 3, or I'll probably just stop watching.

First of all, paragraphs.

Second of all, I wonder if they did season one and then were surprised when the series was extended?

It brings me pure joy and release and I didn't know how much I needed FS until I had finished watching it. It is an absolute masterpiece to me and I will love it forever. Chookity!

Also, the theme song as my ringtone is fantastic and I love it when someone unexpected, like a stranger at the shops, hears it and in a confused state looks up and says, "Is that from Final Space?"

Having more of a tangible story that's easier to follow I agrre. But I still think RM has the best story telling, while it's random and shits and giggles. I think there are deep messages throughout the series as a whole which I love.

Regardles of that, FS story is fucking amazing, and S3 is going to be phenomenal, their activity on twitter keeps tabs on it and I love the progress updates

my problem with rick and morty is waiting a year for 6 episodes of mediocre entertainment last season put me right off.

felt pointless like it was just hey morty want to drag it a bit i donno they could of done better much better. too quick to watch if that goes by anything. like yes a year is normal but 6 episodes then a few more but the same no real conclusion?

I have nothing to watch after Rick & Morty, I'll give this a try
