Far Cry 5 PS4 - With mouse and KB

Hi guys,

So I just bought the game (I am new to consoles and only play sport games on them) and I really suck with the controller. I did some research and found this sweet little software called "Rem4p". Now, I am not sure if anybody knows about it but I thought I would just tell you that it is really a great little app and it works well! It basically requires you to have a laptop or PC connected to your PS4 via remote play (which is free). You then use this app and it remaps your PS4 controller to your mouse and keyboard! Yes, I know I could have probably bought it on PC - but I did not want a digital copy, I wanted to get the one on PS4 so that I can actually use the console for once.

I have tested it with far cry 5 and I can confirm (although not perfect) that it feels very close to PC gaming and works well enough for me to actually play the game without dying now haha. Anyways, just thought I'd share! If you want to get the app feel free to let me know and I will help as much as possible and share my config. The software costs 12 pounds (around R200) but is well worth it!

How is your input lag though?
Because I noticed quite a bit of input lag even while having the PS4 and PC both connected to the same gigabit network.

Still. Awesome that this option exists now as it was not available as far as I could tell about 2 years ago when I had my ps4.

uses PC to play console games like a PC .... hmmmm begone peasant !

Hey, if I could find a way to use keyboard and mouse to play "The Division" (XBOX and PS4) then I would gladly play - my shooting is AWFUL on consoles.
