Fan Speed app for laptop miners

hello
struggling to find any app or system to control my fan speed to keep the temp. low, have tried dozens of ways....the systems simply dont pick up the laptops fans.
any suggestions on what to do?

Tried these?

I had success with speedfan back in 2014 (not mining just gaming on an i3 intel graphics lol) and use argus today for temps and fan control (have not tested on a laptop)

Anways, prolly shouldn't mine on the lappy... Or at least get a good quality cooler, maybe like this?
