Quick question, is it possible or is there anything available to extend the range of a phones bluetooth?
For example:

Phone -> Some sort of device that has bigger bluetooth range -> connects to certain device (speaker, airtag etc)

So its almost like the phone is connected to the 3rd part to bring back that data if that makes sense.

Not sure how else to explain xD

Can you connect the devices to smart home software that work over wifi?

If it’s speaker/media related you could connect devices to a bluetooth receiver or transmitter which is connected via aux or RCA/other. Get a long cable :/

Don’t know about ways to relay a BT signal.
There are AV receivers like Danon which are pricey but could do the thing.

You're looking for a bluetooth repeater, definitely very uncommon if not hard to find but google apparently shows they exist. No idea how effective these are.
