I have a GPU going to Wootware for RMA, the courier service they use was sent to my office when I was off-site and a colleague stupidly thought the courier service was for his Takealot return and gave them the package etc. They called me this morning to inform me of the mixup, they're sending it back free of charge and 3 hours after the call the courier showed up and collected the actual package.

I've been kept in the loop at every turn and their support has always been super helpful. I've bought from them several times and I see no reason to take my business elsewhere. Great company, great people, great communication and they are willing to be realistic and kind about simple mistakes and errors as long as you aren't trying to take them for a ride.

Love Woot as they do the best pc case brand in the world - Phanteks. Also good pricing on their other stuff. Evetech has the best logical laid out website of an IT site in SA. Love Rebel but their site looks horrible. They have excellent service though, like many can confirm.

+1 to this and Especially the Phanteks aspect, absolute love their cases. On top of the fact they now have Fractal design. Rebel site isn't the best, you have to follow a specific path to get to something and it just isn't layed out all that well.

+1 to Wootware, not even a competition when it comes to aspects like support/customer service. That being said, Woot/Rebel/Eve all have their own niche stock, specialising in certain brands the other simply do not. But for basic run of the mill things I hardly look anywhere else. Shipping is even cheaper from Wootware to Roodepoort than it is from Evetech/Rebeltech (and still far cheaper on time/diesel to drive there each time).

Good Evening/Day Carbies,

So I don't go with Evetech in any usual occasion, but here I stand wanting something. On Wootware they are running a special that ends on Friday so I have to make a decision on whether to buy or not, but then I see Evetech's normal price is at the discounted price Wootware has it on, I have to ship form both either way, but now it is whether I make the quick decision or take the time to make the decision knowing Evetech have it at a good price, but Evetech post sale support.. Wootware have always always stepped up to the plate and helped whenever and where-ever needed, and though I am not saying Evetech won't do that, but we know they have had their instances.

Take the time or go with where I know for sure I will get god post sale support?

I forgot to add that I can also go with Rebeltech since they at a good price too.

I have only good things to say about evetech. Once I've purchased a case from them. The description of the case said it had 8 RGB fans included but upon receiving it it only had 5 RGB fans. I phoned them and queried it..they got back to me..this was then a new case and they have never opened one and they only quoted the supplier's description. Without even me putting up a fight they offered me 2k credit (I mean the case was only 4.5k) and free shipping. My other purchases through them has only been good. Evetech also has a price match..so let's say someone has a special running they will still beat that price

I bought my entire PC from EveTech and everything was friendly, painless and the after sales support was awesome. Heck, I am new to PC hardware installations (after 12 years of using an iMac) but the support guy stayed on the phone with me to help me figure out what cables to attach where to get over a hardware issue with the case 1 week into the purchase. Can't fault the guys at EveTech... My hat off to those guys!

...but I recently ran into an issue with some peripherals I bought from WootWare which left my PC unusable and forced em to work in Bootcamp for a few months. When I eventually contacted WootWare the support was so incredible that they are now my one stop shop for everything!

I was looking at an M2 SSD recently, followed a link to one on EveTech and said "Wow! What a great price! Let me go see if WootWare can match it" ...but they couldn't. Their's was R200 more.

Best price or unsurpassed service? ...the choice was not even a choice at all: WootWare all the way!
