Ever heard of AM3+ motherboards going into Deep sleep mode?

I have a Msi am3+ Mobo that apparently has a issue where the entire pc goes into a deep sleep mode. Meaning that if say there is a power outage the machine wont turn on for a while.
Sometimes it does, sometimes it takes mutliple restarts. The machine goes on but no post, no display. Removing the battery or ram or even the gpu sometimes works.

Then the pc would boot up with default settings or register new hardware being installed.

Any am3+ users experience the same?

Never heard of that. It would be in the manual though

Update the BIOS. Also enable "power on after power loss" (working might be different).

I have the same board and have had the same issue, except that now I can't get it to POST at all.
Looks like its time for a new PC
