Ethereum pools

good morning all, ive switched from ethermine to flexpool and since the swop ive been noticing more stale shares.

im still new to this but that means the accepted share is being passed to the pool too late. my 6800 is giving an effective hash of only 6mhs.
i do intend to switch back, but wanted to know if there were other pools out there with servers closer to south africa.
