Electronic components sellers recommendations

Anyone have recommendations for where to buy electronic components in SA, I'm in Pretoria but wouldn't mind having to ship if the shop supports it or would it be best to just look at the overseas suppliers.

Mainly looking at things like capacitors, resisters the of things that go on PC parts, with that type of specs.

International shipping becomes insane if you buying resisters and caps.
