I used to play a few times a week, lately I have been playing once or twice a week if I am lucky. In the last month or so it seems the wating time for games have gone up significantly? Usually I could find a game in a few minutes, lately its been 8-10min. Sometimes I even stop searching cause it just takes too long.

Any one else having the same?

ive been playing 1 x 6 in dota, its pretty fun but there only overseas servers so there like 180ping

Whats your behavior and communication score?

Even if those are a bit lower, you can search EU west, and find games fast. EU east is way too toxic - I think the Russians are born aggro 😁 in ten games, you'll be called (Russian accent) a muddafaka, at least 7 times.

Just pick heroes that aren't ping dependant until you get your comms score up. Like WD, warlock, shaman, etc.

I have a perfect behaviour and communication score.

Whatever it was seems to be gone, I hope, as I have found 2 games (only played 2 games) this week within 5 minutes. So hopefully whatever it was is gone. I will see if it stays this way.

Our stack hasn't been having issues but we are generally a 5 stack so it might make a difference

Haven't had any issues on my end.

Searching time is usually dependent on the time on day, searching during work hours can take a long time whereas searching between 7-10pm is usually pretty quick.

If you haven't been playing much lately the game may be finding it hard to place you with like minded players.

Playing in stacks can help and hurt your search time (e.g. 4man stacks can be tough to fill when everyone else is in 2 man + groups)

My friends and I usually find games in 3-4 mins unless it's like 1am+
But we are always searching with 3-5 people.

Got a game last night in 05m07s, which is fine. Couple of weeks ago I was searching 10+min and then just giving up.

Turbo is very active in SA, generally do not wait long for a match.
The state of turbo is however a different story.... it is rough.
Balancing is all over the place.
