What hosting are you looking for? Shared, VPS, cloud, dedicated?
What domain do you want to register? I use Hetzner for co.za registrations and Namecheap for everything else.

For a free certificate you'll want to look at Let's Encrypt.

Didnt know there were different types of hosting but for now i need the "ordinary" type with an ssl certificate. Hetzner should offer ssl as well. I currently use them for domain registration only.

Thanks forgot to mention...preferably local company for both registration and hosting. $ based ones have a fluctuating price difference.
