I need an expert in Docker who can either help me with setting up a docker instance or who can give me and a few colleagues a small (paid) crash course in docker.

I made progress. So that's good. We have a few containers running. Woohoo.

Ooh wow yeah docker is fantastic - Once you have a few running, get Portainer up which helps you manage all your stacks, containers, images etc.
