Do providers blacklist phones on non paid contracts. If so, is there a way to. unblacklist if you bought a second hand contract phone that got blacklisted later on?
Maybe if you asked to pay the remainder of the contract but wouldnt be worth it. Its illegal to change the imei. Its not impossible to do though but illegal :/Do providers blacklist phones on non paid contracts. As far as ive read there is supposed to a central place that tells the sp's to blacklist said phone but it doesnt work this is overseas. Im not sure if our local sp's work together with bl'ing phones here.I believe the blacklisting is only on local networks and would work overseas.

It becomes a glorified ipodI suppose they could always be spares for anything but the mainboard at 10% value? But yeah, useless.
Not on Carbonite, they can't. Do that shit on Gumtree or OLX.I suppose they could always be spares for anything but the mainboard at 10% value? But yeah, useless.

That's the risk on the buyer. But yes, I agree, if you buy a phone from a Reseller (or anyone else) and it gets blacklisted, that's an instant refund.
