I have checked three authorized DJI resellers in SA and this is their prices on refurbished models.

DJI Spark with controller - R6500
DJI Spark flymore - R8500
DJI Mavic air - R13500
DJI Mavic air flymore - R15800

I am willing to pay the refurbished price - 20% for models newer than 1 year and -40% for models 1-2 years old.

Skip the air and get a mavic pro. Ocusync is way better! We are in a CE country meaning you're looking at 5-800m max range with the spark or air.

@Ram yes but with the fcc mod its 4000m plus. The mod just charges the signal strength.

If you do the FCC hack for the Mavic air you will get much better range, I would easily get between 1.5 - 2km range with it

Fair point. But then the effective battery life of the air/spark compared the pro wouldake me nervous at that range. The spark and air are extremely good drones. But for 14k I got myself a mavic pro flymore
