Display Port to HDMI vs VGA to HDMI

Hey guys. I need help I have this [Sale] - 4th Gen i5 Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 Home/Office Desktop Towers | Combo (multi-item) sales & full systems as my multimedia pc connected to my TV. I have been using the VGA port all this time as I had a 32inch 720p Sony Bravia TV. It gave up recently so I purchased a 55-inch 4K Samsung TV for makro.

The problem I have just realised is that the above tower has VGA and DISPLAY PORT but no HDMI connections so I would like to know whether I should get a VGA to HDMI converter or a Display port to HDMI converter as the television comes with a couple HDMI and a couple USB ports

Display port to hdmi. I don't think the vga will support 4k
