Guys, I'm looking for a probe thermometer. Requirements:
1. 0 - 250°C range, or thereabouts.
2. Probe must have a heat-protected cable or wire leading to the display. It needs to be able to stay in an oven or Weber for long periods.
3. Probe must be a longer stainless steel type you use for meats when cooking.
Doesn't have to be wireless or with backlights or alarms or whatnot. Doesn't matter. Just something like this:
