Did my CPU OC work?

I'm new to CPU OC as I never needed to OC my CPU but since it's 4 year old technology by now I thought I could try some OC to help with games Such as Battlefront 2, Battlefield 1 and 5.

Attached is a pic after I did the OC. If CPU-Z shows those clocks does it mean it was successful and is that safest highest clock I can achieve?

The i5 4690K can be automatically clocked to 4.6MHz

Yes that is OC'ed but what temps are they under load?

Run Prim95 for 5min then post temps.

According to ARK the turbo Is 3.90GHz
