What CPU is it bud? i3, i5 or i7? Also is it the motherboard in this combo that's failing/failed?

It's my dad's PC and the local PC shop told him the motherboard is the problem. I didn't test it myself.
It only boots when it feels like it.

I will have to try and find out about the CPU but here's the link to the motherboard's details.
