Item: Intel Xeon E5 1620 (4core 8threads 3.6ghz and 3.8ghz turbo)
Original Dell socket 2011 motherboard it came with 2x4gb ddr3 ram, 600 something W PSU (also original one, Original case an all that) 160gb HDD it's got sata ports so can go SSD (recommended) as the HD is old and might not last long.
The Xeon doesn't have onboard graphics so will have to add a GPU

Condition: Fair, the CPU fan needs some attention as it picks up as faulty on start up, will have to strip the cpu fan plug pin if you wanna run a 3rd party cooler fairly easy to do would've done it myself but I don't have another cooler.

Tested it this weekend on the new Call of duty Modern Warfare Beta pared with a GTX 1060 6gb and managed to run at 100fps on medium to high settings. So it's a good starter system. Note this is a workstation but yes it does manage to run games, testing will be done on pickup.
