I forgot to mention above that in December 2018 the laptop's motherboard and battery were replaced. I also had Dell provide me with a 180W AC adapter in January 2019, as the standard 130W AC adapter wasn't providing enough power to the system under 100% load, which resulted in the battery draining. Hence, they first replaced the board and battery (as mentioned earlier), even though I told them originally that it was the charger at fault 😂

Here is an image of the current battery wear as well:

I logged a support ticket with Dell on Friday last week, as the cooling fan for the GPU was making a grinding noise under low RPM (most likely the fan bearing). The technician will be stopping by my office tomorrow to replace the entire motherboard (yet again... This must be some sort of record 😂) and the entire heat-sink/cooling system.

Just an update regarding what Dell did with the laptop in February. They replaced both cooling fans (GPU and CPU), as well as the copper heat sinks for both components. In the process of doing this change, the lid of the laptop was scratched by the technician, so I had them replace the lid of the laptop as well.

Here are some images of the current battery health, and the health reports for the SSD and HDD:
