Looking for a decent used treadmill, something like a Reebok or Proform.

I cannot run on a treadmill for long :/ 5km and I die ... on the road I do 10km with a breeze (before my injuries)

Did you look into road and trail running ? Join club maybe ?

Err, really cold dark winters in a unsafe SA? I don't run solo outdoors unless the sun is around.

Just don't get a small if you are going to do more than 30min, 2.5HP minimum and I would stay away from Trojan.

True but if you want to run you gotta put up with it. Lots of big races happen in winter (If you want to enter races) if its just for fitness then yeah it doesn't matter

Yeah stay away from Trojan ... there is a reason its a virus on pcs and Trojan horse much ? [emoji14]
