Telling yourself to stop being anxious when you’re feeling anxious is a bit like telling yourself to fall asleep when you have insomnia — it doesn’t work.
So here are five things to remember when you're dealing with work anxiety.
1. What you feel is real
2. Your employer won’t fire you
3. Work with anxiety, not against it
4. Make stress your friend
5. ‘Find what feels good’

`At the end of the day, tell yourself gently: ‘I love you, you did the best you could today, and even if you didn’t accomplish all you had planned, I love you anyway.

Hey you, yes you, I got a job for you. All you need to do is sit in the corner of the office and keep talking like everyone is listening, ignoring anything said and just keep talking your happy advice.
