Some updated feedback regarding what people have requested (I'm ignoring the requests for Lian Li Unifans, Phanteks, SilverStone, etc as they've already been covered):

• Antec - what exactly? Most Antec products are already listed
• ITX cases - a few more Cooler Master options have been added, with more (including other brands) to come
• Superflower, Andyson, etc - I doubt I'll ever consider bringing in PSUs. Seasonic has blacklisted SA, and will not honour warranties due to the condition of our power grid, others might follow. Furthermore, the cost and time of getting LOAs is prohibitive.
• Steam codes - you literally have Steam for that. A lot of the time, those cheap codes (eg Kinguin) are purchased from other regions (against Steam's TOS) or purchased using stolen credit card information. Those are lines I have no interest in so much as skirting
• EVGA - EVGA was dumped by the local disti due to the condition of the company. Some of what they've done is borderline scamming. Even if the disti didn't dump them, I wouldn't touch them. There's too much uncertainty surrounding the company.
• "Premium peripheral brands" - this really doesn't say much, but most brands available locally are already represented either entirely or to a large extent

Furthermore, there were a lot of requests for cheaper gaming peripherals. You will see that Redragon has made an appearance, with plenty more of their products to come.

Na, not happening. You can drop a message on non-live chat (LOL. I certainly don't have the time to monitor it 24/7) which will be replied to a few hours/days later when it gets noticed, or you can call for immediate feedback / email for feedback within 20-60 minutes.

Na, not happening. You can drop a message on non-live chat (LOL. I certainly don't have the time to monitor it 24/7) which will be replied to a few hours/days later when it gets noticed, or you can call for immediate feedback / email for feedback within 20-60 minutes.

A decent chatbot emails you & lets you reply via email. It also acts as the start of a sales funnel EG client selects reason for contact - Sales / support / RMA / quote etc. Also it will tell the client that no one is online & that the client can expect an email reply in X hours or to call for faster suport.

Look at FreshWorks solutions for this. The sooner you can "multiply yourself", the faster you can scale. Eventually you will have to remove yourself from the sales role, and put someone else in that position so that you can direct the company forward. Read / get the audio book of "Good to Great" by Jim Collins, focus specifically on the sections about the Fly-Wheel.

They USED to be NVIDIA's preferred partner (in the GTX 1080 days, they'd get first pick of silicon) but things have crumbled in that company.

A few things I can mention:

• EVGA didn't care about NVIDIA's Green Light warranty program and was removed for a while. This is when their relationship with NVIDIA began to crumble.
• I had an EVGA SR-2 motherboard which wouldn't post. Illya Tsemenko (TiN) was helping me overclock an old Core 2 laptop and I asked if he could help me diagnose the board. EVGA no longer had the white papers - they'd been lost.
• TiN quietly left EVGA and is no longer the mad scientist behind their crazy boards and graphics cards (which is why they no longer really have crazy graphics cards).
• Vince Lucido (K|NGP|N) no longer works at EVGA (you'll see all his employment info says USED TO work at EVGA) and his name appearing on products is more to do with a contract in place than them actually being his baby.
• There's another big one that isn't for the public eye, I'll PM you.
