For info sake what do the earpads do to the sound stage? Also, are these the on or over ear?
I've still got a mint pair of ivory hd1, I cant let it go because its just too good looking, also had the wireless in black which I regret selling

Sound is still pretty good to me.

Actually don't care what they do to the sound, out the box the on ear pads are extremely uncomfortable. Changing over to these over ear pads allows me to wear them the entire day instead of an hour max
