Hi guys.

With the closure of Beyond Customs does anyone know where a person can get custom PSU cables made?

Cablemod in the US are the only place I know of that still does it commercially.

AFAIK they do ship to SA? But it's an expensive endeavour overall.

Yeah I've been looking at them. But Beyond Customs used to use MDPC Sleeving. Which I want to stick to if I can to Match the cables I already have.

On Etsy there's DreambigbyRayMOD, you tell him your gpu, psu, whatever lengths and colour's you want as well as a material. Gotta get it shipped but pricing isn't bad at all.

I take it you've used his cables before?

I've actually been looking (admittedly not very hard though) for custom-length cables for my PSU (Antec) which cablemod doesn't support.
So I'm going to follow this thread 😂

I haven't bought from him yet (soon hopefuly), but I did a ton of research at a stage when I was putting together my itx build and I even got a quote from RayMod (It was $42 for a 6900XT and Cooler Master 850W PSU if this information is helpful). He has a ton of great reviews on reddit and the SFFPC discord server from people who ask about this kinda thing so not sure if that has enough weight behind it for you to trust my suggestion but I thought it would be worthwhile putting this here since its tough finding custom cables

Interesting I'll give him a look. Ya I just need an extra 8pin for my 7900xtx since I still have 2 x 8 pins from my Vega.

if you weren't afraid of a little work, I would have just asked Cablemod for some kind of diagram which they possibly follow for different PSU models,

then when you get it you follow your stock cables and put it on the diagram

But look at the Custom Cables and use aramex global shipping or cable extensions that you just plug your existing cables into

do you have a multimeter and can you remove the cables from system just for testing?

if you could do that, then maybe see if your unit's pinout matches the image I showed then you can send that to them for reference

I just went and bought all the same sleeving as used by beyond from MDPCX and I just sleeved them myself.
