Yeah, we will still go ahead with the tournament. Sadly the prize money won't be so massive for the winning team but hey we are here to have fun!

We need one more team to in order to get a final match.

Agreed, its all for fun - prize money isnt a concern from our side.

@stroes is busy fine-tuning the last bit of settings for the server. Big thanks to him for all of his help and effort.

The first match will take place 9th of May @20:00.

We should have a secondary server up and running so that both games can take place at the same time.

Details state 9th and you post state 8th?

Matches will be best out of three rounds. We will still use MapBan.GG for the first map selection, the second and third (if going to overtime) will be voted for in-game.

The match line-up is as follows:

Match ONE (20:15)
The Muscle Tribe of Danger and Excellence Vs M21 Official
Server 1

Match TWO (20:15)
xD.oldMen Vs DislecticFive
Server 2

Match THREE (20:15)
Sudo-SMD Vs MalarKey
Server 3

Match FOUR (20:15)
IWillCuDYou Vs Open Gaming ZA
Server 4


Designated voice channels have been created on Discord for each team.

Captains, please ensure that your team is online at ready at 20:00 just in case for technical problems.

If for whatever reason, one of your players experience issues with internet or their computer, you can call a pause with the following command in the chat: !tech

I'll create a WhatsApp group to message the team captain's server passwords.

Super keen guys!

Andrew - question from my side with regards to spectators etc. I have a couple mates who are keen to watch the games. Are we allowed to have them in the discord and stream for them, or will they need to stream through CSGO? Just wanna check your rulings :)

Also, will we need to use the carbonite channel for all voice chat? I think thats what it says, but just want to confirm.

In regards to the spectating, your friends can spectate via CS:GO GOTV.

You don't have to use Carbonite's voice chat, I just wanted to make it easier for teams if they wish to use it. You are allowed to use your own Discord server as well.
 
Waiiiit a fuckin second. This got changed to normal CS and not COD CSGO. I know the cutoff just got reached but is there absolutely no way it can be extended for a few hours? My mates and I are so extremely keen :p

Sadly not... If you guys do join we would also need to find another team to balance it. Sorry about that.

I also did tag you back in post #46 to inform the guys that it changed to normal CS.
