Bought a 4770k from him that he also delidded, runs like a dream! Got it at 4,5ghz on a air cooler with temp in the low 60s while gaming with everything turned up on new games.

Update:

Able to run the 4790k 5Ghz stable at 1.392v!

Although the temps dont break 65c on my fractal s28 prism i will probably back it off to 4.8ghz at 1.275v and 55c load for 24/7 use

@G3t Wr3k3d just did my 3570k for me, and holy cow what a difference.

Idle temps went from 50 / 55 down to 30... On a stock cooler.

In game temps from 90 / 95 down to 65 max.

100% recommended trying his services of you're struggling with your temps!

Opted to Delid my 8700k.

Super satisfied with the results
He has all the tools needed from the Delidding jig and re-alignment tool.

I asked to reseal the IHS as well.

Pre delid CPU temps were low 70s on 4.7GHZ all core and core temps peaked at 85C on a 240 AIO

After the delid im able to run 5GHZ all core with CPU temps in the low 50s and max core temp peaking at 77C.

An all of this running in a mini-itx build.

Drop my 8700k of for some delid loving on Saturday and fetched it on Sunday.

Cpu went form around 76C @4.3 to 70C @5ghz 1.3v (Prime 30min)and in game it drop from 55C @4.3 to 40C @5ghz

So really solid gains and super happy with the results!

Pre Delid (No overclock) on 6700k
Idle 24-32 'C
Prime 95 Load 80-100 'C (2 cores were instantly hitting 100'C throttling half the CPU

Post Delid (Overclocked to stable 4.4ghz
Idle 18-22 'C
Prime 95 Load 66-84 'C (1 core is running a little hotter where the rest stay in the mid 60's)

Highly recommend if you are having temp issues

@G3t Wr3k3d Thank you for the delid on my 4790k. I can see considerable temp improvements ranging from 10-15 celsius and in heavy loads a lot more. To give some perspective, I used to hit the roof with temps when stress testing in Asus Realbench. This was probably with 4.4 or 4.5ghz. (to clarify, ambients may have had an effect on this) Now I am able to hold my temps around 70-80 celsius with 4.8ghz @ 1.3v. To put the cherry on top, my temps are super steady across all cores.. before it used to fluctuate a little more between cores. If you ask me, this is a HUGE improvement and it is definitely worth it... Moving on to my experience. It was a super easy and stress free process including regular updates regarding the delidding process. I can totally recommend his services. He takes proper care to ensure a successful delid.
