CPU Delidding (Intel Ivy Bridge / Haswell / Devil's Canyon / Broadwell / Skylake / Kaby Lake and Coffee Lake CPUs)

Options for Pricing.

R100 to Knock the IHS for you and then you clean the CPU and apply new thermal paste at home. (purely a knock the lid off service)
R300 to Delid and Clean with a Thermal paste application (simply to replace the Stock Intel TIM, CPU will not be sealed)
R350 to Delid, clean and apply liquid metal without a reseal. (delid with liquid metal no reseal)
R400 to Delid and apply liquid Metal (this will be the delid as well as liquid metal applied with a reseal, takes up to 24 Hours)

Shipping will be on you to arrange for both ways should you want to send it in for a delid.

***I will not be held Liable for any damage that occurs during the Process of the delid and testing should you wish to overclock it.***
*** THE RISK OF THIS PROCESS FALLS ON YOU***

Members that i have done Delids for in the past.

@Random_Sheep 7700K with temp drops of 5-10C on an already delided chip
@PsychoErtjie 8600K with temp drops of around 15C
@eY_b0ss 8600k with temp drops of around 15C
@crackerjack 8700K with temp drops of 15C
@Flamevector 7700k 20 c drop with massive overclocking applied.

I personally did my 8700K, 7700K and 6600K.
8700K ran at 5.2 Ghz under an H115i with temps in the 60 to 70 range.
7700K runs at 5.0 Ghz at 70C under a 120mm AIO
6600K ran 4.9Ghz under a stock intel cooler at 60 to 70C

Thank you to @SILTECH786 for the push with this.
Thank you to @Toxxyc for allowing the post of this.

This is a service i was always hoping would become a thing! Thank you for providing more options to us plebs than needing to DIY everything. Sadly you arent in CT so its a no go from me... unless I happen to bring my PC next time I come to gauteng. Best of luck with your business!

Yeah @KakHard is local and can help aswell from what I am mistaken. Perhaps him and I can work in tandem. I'll drop him a pm.

You can delid amd cpuz just a little more time consuming,you would need to use a heatgun to slow prior and cut the glue around the cpu heatspreader.once that is done you need to scrape the excess solder on the top of the die with a blade with a lit heat.
Then lap the cpu with extremely fine sand paper to get rid of uneven surfaces.
Finally diamond sand paper i think its called to basically polish of the die.

It best to leave the heatspeader loose without reapplying glue as that adds extra height between the heat spreader and die once you finally add liquid metal on intel or amd cpuz.but it not worth delidding AMD cpuz the drop in temps is very little not worth the risk.

Lebump..

R50 OFF ALL PRICES TILL THE END OF JAN 2020

How much do you think we can get out of a ryzen 5 2600 delided and oc?4.3 - .4.5?
