CPU and GPU temps

Bought myself the Phantek P400A case, I also got myself the Corsair H150i and the a 3 pack Coolermaster MF120R ARGB Fans

Hopefully this will solve the issues. Thanks for all the advice and help guys.

Will do.
The parts are due to arrive while we are away for vacation, so I have something to see forward to when we return from vacation.
Will build it and post pics.

I sold my Antec case and rebuild the parts back into my old Coolermaster CM690 case, the GPU is much more stable as there is a fan directly over the GPU. the CPU temps are also better than in the Antec case. The CM690 case would have been awesome if only it had another intake in the front or had radiator support.

Hi all.

We returned from vacation and all the parts where here. Yippee

So the next day I jumped straight into building it.
The case is the Phanteks P400A, the case is much better considering air intake.
I just had a few issues with the case:
1) The H150i I bought didn't fit as it was jammed up against the power button of the case on the top, this causes the fans to be lower than allowed to reinstall the front panel. After about an hour of struggling to make it fit i decided screw it and just got the Dremel and made a small cutout in the front panel to allow it to fit back into position. The panel clipped back into position and the airflow is not restricted.
2) The HDD bays is not movable like the Antec case I had so this causes the HDD bays to be right up against the bottom part of the rad. This restricts push-pull config on the bottom of the rad to be installed.
3) I also saw that the expansion of the HDD bays which is a separate bracket required will also prevent push-pull config, luckily i don't need the expansion bays so it isn't an issue for me.

The good thing is that the H150i keeps the CPU very cooled compared to the Hyper 212.
I've strained the CPU with the same games I tested it on with the old setup and now it never goes above 50C.
I'm very impressed and satisfied with the cooling of the H150i.
I've installed two fans at the back of the rad to allow better airflow accros the GPU and to allow more airflow in the case (3rd fan not possible as described in 2)
The GPU never goes above 70C in the case with none of the fans installed going above 50% except the GPU factory fans.
I'm quite happy with this temps and speeds as it is very quite and keeps it cool.
The GPU fans can be adjusted to run faster and then it never goes higher than 60C, but then the fans run at about 3000RPM and is very noisy.

The cable management and case is still a bit of a mess as I just quickly built it to test. Will upload some photos once its all neat and complete.

So all and all, thanks very much for the information and help guys. Appreciate the community and feedback from everyone.
