Cost Estimator

Hi - I'm looking for someone that can do cost estimation for my builder ( as his normal guy just dropped him )

Someone that can do it cheap and quick. ( I know, the bane of the triangle of service delivery)

I've been quoted between R300 to R4000 and I'm sure my builder is going to lean towards doing it on the cheap.

I got a quote a month ago for R4500/sqm. This included painting, ceiling, tiling (cost of tiles were excluded as this can have quite an impact), roof and electrical. i have a tiled roof. Hope this helps you in some way
