Timeline - About 2 years ago...
I had a AX1200 ... 6.5years into its 7year warranty. DEAD!ED!.
I contacted our local sellers to query if they could track the stock. No one could help... Then @RebelTech stepped into the ring.
Rune, went way over and above the call of duty - and found out that the PSU was not a locally sold unit through one of our distributors. Im thinking Amazon buy maybe?
Long story short - he processed everything with Corsair HQ, and about a month later I received a brand new AX1200i Platinum PSU! ...
Literally couldn't believe that level of customer service! It was beyond belief! Still remind people of this story

6.5 out of 7yrs...man that was close..... Even then u had gotten solid use out of it already...... Still warms the heart to hear good service stories in a climate where customer service means nothing now....
