Warranty: Bought it here, served me well and working fine. They come with a 7 year warranty, but I didn't get an invoice with it.
Packaging: Don't have original packaging, it never came with it
Condition: Excellent, all modular cables accounted for

Reason: Downsizing my build, moving into a new place and PC doesn't have a dedicated space. Considering MATX actually, but thats not important now

I also have a Corsair Link Commander kit, you connect all your fans to it which allows you to control them from the Corsair link GUI. Also allows for different profiles and speeds.
I had endless aggravation with it and windows 8+. On Windows 7 it was flawless....
