The point of this build is put together something very powerful without a crazy price tag.
No RGB besides the RGB strip on the front of the case. The inside has none and that how I want to keep it.
All about great performance at a lower price level than you would expect with these specs.
I've chosen these parts as I got them at a great price. They cannot be changed, upgraded, downgraded, etc. You can do that once it's yours.
EDIT: As per my message lower down can be taken with :
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X + Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite board
R 500 extra. Ie: R 17500
I have this running on a test bench and it's running great. Many brand new parts. PM me for more details if you are interested.

Some notes from testing so far on the test bed
I've spent quite some time tweaking and undervolting the 5700XT and fiddling with various fan profiles
This is necessary as MSI really made some pretty shoddy design mistakes with this Mech OC version.
Actually applies to most 5700XT models by various brands so not only MSI.
They did a poor job of applying any half decent thermal paste and thermal pads on the ram were poorly assembled
and some didn't even cover all the surface area of the Ram chips. Anyway this was largely resolved by previous owner who reapplied them.
I was going to change them to thermal grizzly pads and paste but that can be a future project for someone else to try if they want.
Still junction temps were still too high for my liking. This is a very common on most 5700XT cards.
I had done so much tweaking in the Adrenaline software I've got temps down to decent levels.
Default fan profile was very loud so have tweaked it to acceptable levels so it only hits 54% max fan speed.
Not exactly quiet but much quieter than stock MSI profile.
Most of you know what an i7 9700F is but for those who don't it's just a i7 9700 with no onboard GPU.
Note I have tweaked the BIOS so the CPU runs at 4.40Ghz on all 8 cores, all the time ,as I have maxed out the power limiters.
This means you don't see any power throttling after a few minutes which is usually the case when max stressing a CPU.
About the best way to increase a non "K" versions performance.
A misconception is running at max all core boost, all the time uses much more power. This is not the case. The CPU load determines the power usage.
Anyway that's enough of me waffling. Anyone interested in this build can let me know and we can discuss in more detail.
