In fairness I would say my average is probably 200fps. It varies from 180 to 220. Switching from 2400MHz C14 ram to 3200MHz C16 got me an extra 30fps, which surprised me.
There was a mobo change from H150 to Z270 at the same time but I don't think that made any difference.
