@rubber_otter MikroTik have advertised that these dishes are best used in distances up to 1500m (1.5Km) and therefore you won't get great performance at 15Km. Should you be interested in devices that can cover distances up to 15Kms, you can look at the Ubiquiti PowerBeam M5 400.

@Shinigamisama As far as we know, you do not require a license to broadcast internet over a road. However, broadcasting over a road does come with higher interference due to vehicles making use of the road.
