Cod warzone ping on pc

Hi just switched to pc from console, warzone warzone ping was great but now can't get under 180, and don't see a option in battle.net regions forafrica
Any assistance thanks

If you're running a VPN it could be the cause and/or there's no server running at the moment for your game mode possibly?
