Hey there, I have got a Targus Steel Series 17" Sniper backpack that's an unwanted gift that I'd like to advertise in the classifieds, but I can't seem to locate any option to actually post an item for sale - am I blind or is there a requirement I don't have to be able to sell something in this forum.
