Chromecast Ultra 4K + Twitch

Has anyone used Chromecast Ultra 4K and cast Twitch to it from your desktop? I can connect it and everything, no problem there but the quality is horrible. Can't even let it stream in 720P cause looks so bad, Have 100mb fibre, 4K chromecast and 4K TV so not sure where the issue lies. IF anyone could please assist with being able to change quality cause once it casts from chrome then the only quality option is "Auto".

wouldn't your network have an effect?

like do you cast via wifi or LAN cable?

(sorry, no idea how these work so just asking randomly )

Cast via wifi, the router is about a metre away. Youtube and everything else looks crystal though.
