Hi guys I'm trying to piece together a dirt cheap build for a friend. He wants to play Cs:Go at 60 fps. So trying to get a good enough base to slap a gpu on.

3rd or 2nd Gen i5s or i7s with any mobo as long as everything works
Or the amd equivalent would be perfect
