Item Wanted: Cheap Laptop/notebook (as long as every thing works and can run Win 7 and beyond)

Desired Age: Not to fussy,as long as its not out the Ark.
Location: East Rand prefered, but can collect in further parts of Gauteng
Willing to accept a shipped item: Nope
Ballpark/Budget Amount: R2000 Max budget (would prefer less though)
Just need the laptop for CCTV applications and other remote work,so nothing to powerful and a working battery is a bonus.
