Selling time share in Cabana Beach.
Unit 322 – Terrace Penthouse
It is always from a Saturday to a Saturday every year.
It is always week 44 of every year.
It is a 6 sleeper. Lounge has sleeper couch. Private bedroom with two single beds, Open main bedroom with queen size bed.All units are sea facing and fully serviced. It is a 2 bedroom unit. There are two swimming pools, adult and children’s. There is entertainment and activities every day. There are two restaurants. Tennis Courts. Indoor Gymnasium. Paid Covered Parking. Self- Catering . Day Care facility for children.
The current Levy is R6250. (Which has not been paid for this year)
I want to sell forR10000 R9000 R8000 for the Unit.
The new buyer will pay the admin fee to transfer the Unit onto their name.
All administration is done via Umhlanga and the Resort administration.
Once off transfer fee approximately R1850.
