Gonna let this chap go for R40k people. Selling as is, more than welcome to come and inspect.

Bump @ R30 000 negotiable. No papers for the bike.

Huh what??

Why no papers and only mentioned now bud?

No papers means it's not yours to sell or that previous owner can claim anytime or stolen.. You need to be a bit more specific here if police clearance etc or to the story..

Hi there sir, yeah, sorry about that. The papers should have been sorted a loong time ago. My hopes were to have it sorted before actually selling the bike as there is always risk involved in buying without it. The "contact" I had that I paid to sort it out pulled hoodini on me and disappeared with my cash. Hence I have not bumped this add in quite some time. It has never been my intention to sell under false pretense and I cannot blame you for your reaction on this. But unfortunately it is what it is at this stage. Also why I dropped the price by such a margin. All I have is the purchase agreement with the owner (who is situated in Ireland) and a copy of his ID document. I do not expect this to make sense, but I do hope that it sheds some light on the situation.

Besides the original registration certificate not being their everything else is cosher. The original owner did immagrade to Ireland. Signed sales contract was present stating their is no registration papers and the risk is on the buyer , in this case HNO3 . Original owner ID copy was also present along with the originals owners family details and contact details for SA. As well as an invoice from the individual for the assisting with the duplicate papers.
I was also interisted and did go to the metro police to check the bike registration status. Everything matched on the system. Only reason I have not bought it , is because we did not come to a price agreement that fits my budget.

Decided to remove from here for now as I dont want to complicate things for any member on this community. Regards.
